On October 23rd, EEOA had another spectacular networking event, screening the movie Bury My Heart With Tonawana followed with a Question and Answer discussion featuring none other than Adrian Esposito (right), the film's writer and founder of EspoCinema, and Steven Blum (left), the lead actor who plays John Harrison, an individual who has Downs Syndrome and who is rejected by his family. He later is accepted and adopted by the Seneca's on the Tonawanda reservation.
The event went well and many people had good questions for Adrian and Steve. There responses, equally adept, cut to the core of what the movie was! This free to the public event turned into another great success.

Guests were treated to popcorn and other movie snacks as well as being able to hob nob with the filmmaker and star.
On hand were EEOA member businesses Retroman Collectibles, Lightnings Native Crafts and The iCan Clothing Company who had sales tables set up, adding an even more festive atmosphere.
